A new look and a fried brain

All I wanted to do today was to change my header but I ended up getting so frustrated with the limitations of the template designer that in a fit of anger, I reverted my layout back to the classic template. And subsequently lost everything @#^$* Had to try to remember what little I knew about html and this is the best I got! I'm not entirely satisfied.. my comments are screwed and messed up and I have no idea how to fix it but this will have to do for now! I've had enough of coding and hair pulling for the day....
